New amino-ketoxime derivatives: Synthesis and Characterization
Abstract
This study describes synthesis and characterization of new aminoketoximes in detail. Firstly, 4,4'-bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane and 4,4'-bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylether were synthesized by reaction of diphenylmethane and diphenylether with chloroacetyl chloride, respectively. Then, 4,4'-bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane and 4,4'-bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylether were converted to 4,4'-methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoylchloride) and 4,4'-oxybis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoylchloride) by using HCl gas and butyl nitrite. New aminoketoxime derivatives were then obtained by using the synthesized chloroketoxime derivatives with 9-ethyl-3-aminocarbazole and 4-amino-N-phenylaniline. All of the obtained products were characterized by combination of FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
