The Effect Of His "Job Characteristics On Work Leave (Case Study: Alborz Hospital, Hiding The Light)

Abstract


The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of job characteristics Hackman and Oldham model based on user leave (1993) is. To achieve the objectives of the study sample of 102 hospital personnel Alborz, hide and light with simple random stratified sampling using Morgan was selected. The reliability of a questionnaire with 29 questions was 0.95 against 0.87. Statistical methods for testing the hypotheses, using structural equation PLS, and software is Smartpls 3. The results show that the model and mediator with the arrival of all components of job characteristics on work leave were significant. As an independent component with a correlation of 0.31 in the first priority and the feedback factor loading of 0.28 in the second priority is employment. The job characteristics in the studied sample were 0.88 and the total impact of job characteristics on the left 0.76- second model is working.
