A viewpoint on Semi-Octonion Algebra

Abstract


We study some fundamental properties of the semi-octonions, Os, and show that the set of unit semioctonions
is a subgroup of Os. The semi-octonions algebra is isomorphic to the subalgebra of the algebra
C0Ä O. We investigate the De Moivre's formula for these octonions and by using this formula, we obtain
any power of a semi-octonion.
