Least Squares Type Estimation of Parameters of Gompertz Distribution Based on Progressive Type-II Right Censored Samples
Abstract
In this study, least squares (LS) estimation based on progressive type-II right censored samples for parameters of Gompertz distribution is obtained. Moreover, some properties of maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) and the least squares estimator (LSE) are comparised by using Monte Carlo simulation method.
