In this study, the important of records related to the enterprises’ activity was investigated in sustainable management aspect by using relevant studies. Result of the study, it was determined that the sustainable farm management requires having a good useful set of farm records. The data obtained from the farms are the basic sources in sustainable enterprise planning and environment friendly technology’s efficiency analysis. The planning decisions must be given in a more holistic multidimensional perspective in future. Farmers succeeding in taking this step towards sustainable management will raise their profile among customers, differentiate themselves from the competition, and achieve legitimacy vis-à-vis society.
